‘Mucho Power with BOW’ competition

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By entering this competition, entrants agree to the terms and conditions set out as follows.
2. The competition is exclusive to customers who purchase Montego Pet Nutrition Bags o’ Wags products before the end of the competition period. Customers enter by scanning the QR code on the product packaging and following the on-screen instructions that follow or by visiting the competition page on the Montego website.
3. Entrants are responsible for filling in their details correctly on the digital entry form.
4. Customers may enter as many times as they wish. Each Bags o’ Wags product purchased during the competition period validates one entry to the competition.
5. Please retain the Bags o’ Wags product package and/or receipts to prove your potential winning purchase.
6. The competition ends at 00:00 on 05 June 2023. Any late entries are invalid.
7. Customers who enter are eligible to win one of three RCT Megapower 1KVA/1000W Inverter trolleys with 100AH battery worth R10,000 each.
8. These three winners will be selected by random draw after the competition has closed on 5 June 2023 and contacted before the end of June 2023.
9. Montego Pet Nutrition will notify winners by the contact details provided on the entry form and announce them on Montego social media pages thereafter.
10. Prizes exclude any form of installation, insurance, damage repairs, extended warranties, assessments, and certificates. If used in conjunction with solar systems, the winners agree that expenses with regards to taxes and levies are their sole responsibility. Montego Pet Nutrition is not responsible for any third-party services; winners to arrange these at their own discretion and entirely at their own risk.
11. A 1-year carry-in warranty is included which covers the battery and any electrical malfunction of the prize. However, this does not cover user-based accidents or damage.
12. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or other products.
13. Retailers stock a variety of Bags o’ Wags products as per their orders. Montego Pet Nutrition supplies competition-marked stock to retailers who order Bags o’ Wags products during the competition period as far as possible.
14. Stocks are limited and Montego Pet Nutrition assumes no responsibility for the possible lack of competition-marked products available in store – should a customer purchase a non-marked BOW product during the competition period, they may enter on the Montego website.
15. The competition is open to all South Africans who possess a valid South African identity document or passport or to visitors with valid proof of South African residency. The competition excludes employees, directors, owners, agents, distributors, consultants, suppliers, their immediate family members, or anyone directly connected to or in the employment of participating retailers; or Montego Pet Nutrition (Pty) Ltd, its subsidiaries, business partners, associates, and advertising agencies. People under the age of 18 years need to obtain written consent from a parent or guardian before they are allowed to enter (Protection of Information Act requirement).
16. Montego Pet Nutrition takes no responsibility for possible theft or breakages of prizes in the unfortunate and unlikely event this occurs.
17. Montego Pet Nutrition may request that photos be taken of competition winners. These photos could be used on social media platforms, blogs, and websites.
18. In the unlikely event it is deemed necessary, Montego Pet Nutrition reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this competition.
