Montego Pet Expo Terms and Condition

By entering this competition, entrants agree to the terms and conditions set out as follows:

  1. This competition is open for entries on the 16th and 17th of July only.
  1. To enter the competition, customers are required to scan the dedicated competition QR code, which will open an online entry page prompting details which need to be completed. The QR code can be found on the Montego website? On the provided leaflet?
  2. The competition winner will be selected by means of a random draw. The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. The prize consists of a one-year supply of Montego Classic Adult Dog Food. The winner will receive 1 x 20kg bag a month for 12 months. Alternative arrangements may be negotiated at the winner’s discretion. The winner reserves the right to donate their winnings to a charity of their choice.
  4. Delivery or collection of the prize will be arranged with the winner at Montego’s discretion.
  5. Prizes cannot be exchanged for alternative products or cash.
  6. It is the entrants’ personal responsibility to fill in their details correctly once they have scanned the QR code.
  7. The winner will be drawn and notified by Montego Pet Nutrition using the contact details provided on the entry page. If Montego Pet Nutrition is unable to contact the winner or if the winner’s contact details do not work, the winner is disqualified, and a substitute winner will be selected by random draw.
  8. The winner will be announced on Monday the 18th of July
  1. The competition is open to all South Africans who possess a valid South African identity document or passport, or to visitors with valid proof of South African residency. The competition excludes employees, directors, owners, agents, distributors, consultants, suppliers, their immediate family members, or anyone directly connected to or in the employment of participating retailers, or Montego Pet Nutrition (Pty) Ltd, its subsidiaries, business partners, associates, and advertising agencies. People under the age of 18 years need to obtain written consent from a parent or guardian before they are allowed to enter.
  1. Montego Pet Nutrition may request that photos be taken of competition winners. These photos could be used on social media platforms, blogs, and websites.
  2. In the unlikely event it is deemed necessary, Montego Pet Nutrition reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this competition.
