“You can’t beat a Classic” TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. By entering this competition, entrants agree to the terms and conditions set out as follows.
2. The competition is exclusive to participating Classic retailers and LEGO® Certified Stores and is subject to Montego Classic dry food stock availability.
3. Any transaction that includes at least 1 x Classic cat-or-dog dry food (any kg size, life stage, or product variant) qualifies as a single entry into the competition. Customers may enter as many times as they like.
4. One winner will be selected per store by means of a random draw. The prize consists of 1 x LEGO® Classic set.
5. The LEGO® Classic set, on display and/or advertised within participating LEGO® Certified Stores, is the prize to be won in that respective store. Prizes could differ from other participating LEGO® Certified Stores.
6. Prizes cannot be exchanged for alternative LEGO® sets, cash, vouchers, or any other products.
7. Participating LEGO® Certified Stores’ competition dates are communicated on their promotional material and/or websites and social media pages. Late entries are invalid.
8. It is the entrants’ personal responsibility to write their details clearly on their entry form and deposit it into the dedicated entry box.
9. Should a LEGO® Certified Store be unable to provide an entry leaflet, customers may enter by writing their name and contact details on their purchase slip.
10. Winners are drawn and notified by the participating LEGO® Certified Store using the contact details provided on the entry form. If the LEGO® Certified Store is unable to contact a winner or if the winner’s contact details cannot be read, the winner is disqualified, and a substitute winner will be selected by random draw.
11. Retailers stock a variety of Classic dry food products according to their specific orders; Montego Pet Nutrition cannot guarantee that retailers stock all Classic dry food variants as they may appear on the competition artwork.
12. Montego Pet Nutrition, in association with Great Yellow Brick, is the provider of the competition within participating LEGO® Certified Stores.
13. LEGO® is the registered trademark of LEGO JURIS A/S and is in no way associated with Montego Pet Nutrition (Pty) Ltd. The use of LEGO® products on display is for prize/competition purposes only.
14. The competition is open to all South Africans who possess a valid South African identity document or passport, or to visitors with valid proof of South African residency. The competition excludes employees, directors, owners, agents, distributors, consultants, suppliers, their immediate family members, or anyone directly connected to or in the employment of participating LEGO® Certified Stores, Classic retailers, or Montego Pet Nutrition (Pty) Ltd, its subsidiaries, business partners, associates, and advertising agencies. People under the age of 18 years need to obtain written consent from a parent or guardian before they are allowed to enter.
15. Montego Pet Nutrition takes no responsibility for theft or breakages of prizes in the unfortunate and unlikely event this occurs.
16. Montego Pet Nutrition may request that photos be taken of competition winners. These photos could be used on social media platforms, blogs, and websites.
17. In the unlikely event it is deemed necessary, Montego Pet Nutrition reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this competition.
