TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions (the ‘Terms’) carefully.

The terms and conditions set out below apply to all veterinary practices entering the “Win an Endoscope” competition (The “Competition”) conducted by Montego Pet Nutrition (Pty) Ltd (“Montego”).

If you disagree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from entering the Competition. Participation in the Competition is deemed as your acceptance of the Terms and an acknowledgement of your legal capacity to enter.

1. The competition is exclusively open to South African veterinary practices that stock both ranges, Montego Karoo dry, wet and treats products and Montego Xenpet Supplements.
2. The competition is valid from 3 June 2024 to 30 August 2024.
3. The prize is a Seesheen Veterinary Endoscope EC-140H with multi-function buttons and a 1,200 left/right rotation to the value of R15,0000.
4. The competition prize will be awarded to one randomly drawn veterinary practice at the end of the competition.
5. To enter, veterinary practices are required to purchase and stock both Montego Karoo dry, wet food and treats (dog or cat) and Montego Xenpet Supplements (in any variants and quantities as ordered at their own discretion) during the competition period.
6. Each increment of R5,000 excl. VAT ordered during the competition adds an entry into the random draw – for example, should a vet practice order Montego Karoo products and Xenpet Supplements to the total value of R16,000 by 30 August 2024, they will have three entries in the random draw for the endoscope.
7. All accounts that entered will be analysed at the end of the competition, the entries and random draw will be conducted by Montego Pet Nutrition. All veterinary practices’ who purchased both Montego Karoo and Montego Xenpet supplements at least once during the competition at a minimum of R5000 excl. VAT will be entered into the draw.
8. The random draw results are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner will be contacted by the details saved on their account with Montego. It is the veterinary practices’ responsibility to make sure that we have the correct details on file.
10. The winner of the competition will be announced before the end of September 2024.
11. By accepting the prize, the winning veterinary practice agrees to participate in any reasonable marketing and promotional activities requested by Montego Pet Nutrition.
12. The winner must accept the prize as awarded and may not transfer, substitute, or exchange the prize for cash or any other item. Failure to comply with this condition may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Montego Pet Nutrition’s discretion.
13. Lomaen, the third-party company we are purchasing the endoscope from, will provide support and assistance with the installation of the Seesheen Veterinary Endoscope EC-140H, as arranged by Montego Pet Nutrition.
14. Montego Pet Nutrition will take no responsibility in the unfortunate event of damaged, lost, or stolen prizes.
15. Montego Pet Nutrition will take no responsibility for any costs associated with insurance, set-up, and maintenance of the Seesheen Veterinary Endoscope EC-140H, as well as liability for usage of the Seesheen Veterinary Endoscope EC-140H.
16. In the unlikely event it is deemed necessary, Montego Pet Nutrition reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this competition.
