Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you read these terms and conditions carefully prior to entry.

Your entry into the Packs o’ Purrs Scavenger Hunt competition (Competition), conducted by Montego Pet Nutrition (Pty) Ltd (Montego), constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions (Terms) and acknowledgement of your entry eligibility. The Terms apply to all participants in the Competition.

Without limitation, Montego may update these Terms during the Competition. Changes will be posted on the official communications channels via Montego’s website and social media pages. The Competition will run from the 30^th of July 2024 until the 27^th of August 2024.

This competition is only open to entrants residing within South Africa as citizens or permanent residents in possession of a valid South African ID document.

1. 1. You must be 18 participate in the Competition. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parents or guardians before entering.
   2. The Competition is open to all users who follow the instructions and complete the form. Subject to applicable law, you also indemnify Montego against any damages or losses that anyone may incur as a result of the prize or this competition.
   3. The campaign includes 5 weekly competitions. Each competition is open from Tuesday 08:00 – Friday 17:00 each week.
   4. A social media post with a riddle will be published every Tuesday, directing users to the website to find that week’s character.
   5. Users must find the POP character on the website, click on it. and complete the form to validate entry into the Competition.
   6. Entries are valid only for the day on which they are submitted.
   7. The weekly winner will be announced within 5 days of the entries closing.
   8. Montego reserves the right to disqualify entries for reasons including tampering or violating these Terms.
   9. Weekly prizes vary, and winners will be announced via Montego’s official social media accounts.
   10. Entry is limited to one per person, per week.
   11. Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   12. One winner per week, will be chosen randomly from valid entries.
   13. Winners must respond within 24 hours of the announcement. Failure to respond leads to disqualification and selection of a new winner.
   14. Prizes are sent via courier. Montego will not be held liable for damage or loss during transit, and you agree to accept the prize “as is”.
   15. Montego may publish the names or social media handles of winners for announcement purposes and may request photos for promotional use without compensation.
   16. Employees and affiliates of Montego and their immediate families are not eligible.
   17. Montego is fully compliant with South African data protection laws. By entering, you consent to the processing of your personal information and data for the Competition purposes.
   18. Personal data will be retained as legally required for Competition purposes.
       Winners may be asked for photos for promotional use.
